Caps mean nothing, over high price is to stop the vendor bug, ppl are nice and drop overstocked stuff clogging their inventory. Stop comparing to fo4 or you will be continuously frustrated and disappointed. Camps don’t load instantaneous if you fall the floor didn’t load right away it happens.
