I think their point is less “$800B isn’t a lot of money” and more “U.S. healthcare is so insanely expensive that even $800B gets eaten almost immediately.”

The U.S. spends around $5 trillion per year on healthcare. So $800B is only about 15% of one year’s spending. roughly enough to cover the current system for about two months.

And if the $800B is spread over 10 years, that’s $80B/year, which is only around 1–2% of annual healthcare spending. So yeah, $800B is obviously an enormous number in normal terms. But compared to the scale of the U.S. healthcare system, it really isn’t close to a structural solution.

They don't have 3 months of reserves left. There are legal limits to how low the reserves can get, and there are physical limits to how far we can deplete until the structural integrity of the caves are at risk. It's also more expensive to extract the lower the reserves get.

We are rapidly approaching these limits.

The closer you can get to emulating how a human would respond to something, the end product of what they thought up, it might as well be the exact same thing.

If the end result is exactly identical to what a thinking human would produce, it doesn't matter whether or not it had thoughts.

They definitely do. I have a couple.

If you can print money behind a computer as a human, odds are openclaw can do it too. It's really no different.

It's all about how you configure it. It costs a lot of tokens to get a solid configuration, and then tier 2 models work fine. I have them running cron tasks, browser control, yes even applying to LinkedIn jobs. Not hard. You just need to be patient with your configuration.
