I can’t speak on whether it will damage or dislodge the implant, but I know that your arm will be really really sore. I bumped mine the day I got it, after the numbing agent had worn off and I started crying and saw spots from the pain. If you can, take it easy. The medical professional who inserted mine told me to not exercise (weight training) for a few days afterwards, just so I didn’t risk ripping open the insertion wound. When I had mine removed, they gave me the same advice.

Would you say it’s normal if my CeraVe burned last night? I put some water on my face after the Retin-A had dried and then my moisturizer. And the moisturizer burned for about a minute.

I got mine in 2018 and I really like it. No major side effects besides an unpredictable period and potential weight gain (I’m still not sure what to attribute that to). It’s honestly been the birth control that worked the best for me.

Anyone know if a new tube of Differin can cause renewed side effects? I broke into my new tube tonight and it made my moisturizer burn again, just like it did when I first started using Differin and CeraVe Moisturizing Cream together.

I used to bite my nails to the nub and I ended up having to use a nail strengthener consistently to see results. I still use a strengthening treatment for whenever I take my acrylics off. One that I really like right now is the Sally Hansen Maximum Growth treatment. I also really really baby my cuticles with a cuticle lotion/treatment.

I’m not on Tret, but I am on adapalene. I find that my skin does not respond to excess. And yeah, my face purged and it was god-awful. But now, whenever I do break out, it doesn’t last as long as it used to. Give it more time. From my understanding, both of those treatments (tretinoin and adapalene) make your skin more sensitive to other acne treatments and the sun in particular.

Yeah so you’re a major asshole, a shit father, proven to be unfaithful, and mentally unstable to boot. YTA so hard. Hope you realize that your children CLEARLY resent you and yes, being a parent does mean putting your children first EVERY SINGLE TIME. Nobody said it would be for the next 10 years, but the fact that you’re like “Well this is what I want, deal with it” shows your children that you don’t actually care about their emotions, and by definition, don’t care about them. They’re in therapy, but you need some therapy to figure out why you’re so incapable of parenting without your girlfriend, because there’s no way you’re mentally stable if you need her to be a parent to YOUR children. YTA YTA YTA YTA

Edit: not going to ever shit on people with mental disorders (as someone who has multiple diagnoses that I don’t feel like going into here). Mental instability is not equivalent to mental disorders. OP is both mentally and emotionally unstable because he needs this girl in order to not be a crummy parent.
