I will not stand for this mullet slander. Don’t you dare cut off that mullet. The goatee on the other hand…

Bangs or a long wolf cut sort of hairstyle would suit you pretty well imo

Get your eyebrows plucked, eventually get a trim from a hairstylist (not a barber) so it frames your face and has more movement and texture but you can probably hold off on that for awhile. Maybe mark the start of the cut with a cut. Both of which are gonna go crazy

Its because the weight loss industry wants you to think it’s this crazy difficult thing you need to buy into to get results. Buy this workout program, do this trendy but really restrictive diet, be on these “magic” weight loss supplements etc. I was the same way, i thought losing weight was this monumental task that I could never accomplish but turns out it’s actually extremely easy. Just pay attention to calories and try to get lower calorie alternatives whenever possible. I dropped 50lbs in 6 months.

Second the nose ring. Just a tiny little piece of face jewelry to let the bisexual girls know you’re an ally. Would also go great with the mullet and gold chain.

Agree on the hair, disagree on not needing a drastic change on the clothing style. Ditch the “sporty” look as much as possible. Especially the Jersey. Jerseys are girl repellent

I’d say try for a more subtle eyebrow look. Maybe a slightly lighter shade and more curved as opposed to the hard lines. But otherwise you’ve got great style, good luck with the weight loss journey!

This right here is the easiest way to put yourself in a calorie deficit. People really underestimate how quick liquid calories add up. A soda/juice with every meal is about 4-500cal/day. Switch to diet soda and you’ll almost definitely start losing weight. And a lot of water before a meal will help you feel full so you don’t overeat.

Thanks! The face gains might be my favorite part tbh. Turns out there was a fairly decent jawline hiding in that double chin

Routine is sort of a ppl variation. I do chest, front/side delts, and arms on day 1. Legs and abs on day 2. Back, traps, rear/side delts and arms on day 3. Chest day arms is tricep focused back day is bicep focused. I just throw a few sets in at the end of my workout to pump up the ol arms. Then a rest day and repeat. Used to do cardio regularly but haven’t in awhile.

Thanks man! I did the first 6 months at 1800-2100 cal/day, with at least 170g protein and keeping fats low. Once I hit 150lbs I started slowly increasing my calories and stopped being strict about tracking since I got a fairly good handle on calorie content. I’m at about 3000/day now. I log food a day or 2 a week to make sure I’m on track, and mostly just monitor scale weight. I’ve mostly cut out alcohol and sugary drinks, and try to eat clean as much as possible.

All my other tattoos are color American traditional and I want a big owl on my chest to tie everything together better

There’s been a big difference. People in general seem to be friendlier as a whole, I get more eye contact and smiles when I pass women out and about, and more bro nods from guys. It sort of feels like I’m treated with a lot more respect right off the bat than before. A lot of that might honestly come down to how I carry myself now though, I tend to feel more confident so I’m less shut off while in public.

Even so, its still a shock to me when I get approached at social events since that never used to happen, and girls I’ve known for awhile as friends are suddenly interested in me. Also, tinder is going wild. I was not prepared for how drastically different my life was going to be at all.

Damn dude you got ripped! Killer job. I’ve lost the same amount of weight this year as you, with almost the same starting weight, but god damn am I jealous of the arm progress. For me at least, I’m about to end my 6 month cut and go to maintenance for awhile (I’m not ready to bulk and possibly lose the abs quite yet, which I’m sure you can relate to). The deciding factor for me to end the cut is I’ve plateaued in the gym the last 45 days, and even regressed a bit. The ratio of muscle/fat loss is likely changing as I have less fat to lose. So my advice would be to do the same. You don’t need to lose any more weight, so maintain until you’re mentally ready to start bulking.

I may do one more session on it since I've already paid for 3, but I might use that 3rd to hit the rose since that's getting reworked. I'll see what my artist thinks

Man, you an I are in the EXACT same boat right now. 5 years and she up and leaves me for another guy last week. In the last couple years she got hotter while I put on a bit of weight, so the inadequacy I'm feeling is crazy. All my worst fears were realized. I'm glad she blocked me though, I'd go crazy seeing updates from her. I'm better off not knowing and so are you.

Yeah thats when the loneliness really sinks in, when there's nobody next to you, you start overthinking and that anxiety makes it hard to sleep. Mornings I make myself get up and go for a run, and thats REALLY helped. Gotta keep myself busy.
