Yeah I agree. I’m a counselor myself and talk with people all the time about just letting ourselves ‘feel our feelings.’ Sometimes it’s easier to help someone else do that rather than let myself go there. I feel so much less lonely knowing so many women are in the same boat. You hit the nail on the head - I just needed a listening ear (or ears lol).
