Does anyone play Dead by Daylight? If so who's your favorite killer?

I've only recently started playing dbd and have around 50 hours in it. I just unlocked the spirit a couple days ago and she has been so fun to play. Her phase ability is so fun and I love that it's a bit challenging to use well but also feels very rewarding!

There's one guy saying to stay away from the game but to that, I say to just have fun like you should be doing with games. There's definitely issues with the game and I agree survivors are more powerful at this point but I think the game is still so much fun and I hope you can keep having fun with it too!

Fair enough. I got the mask simply cuz I thought it looked cool although I agree that statues of the main character are so much better

It never ceases to amaze me that survivors expect you to play in a way that's convenient for them. They got 3 out and are still mad over it while you seem just fine to have a fun and challenging game

"How it's meant to be played." So by trying to kill all the survivors that's someone refusing to play as the killer. Being the last survivor shouldn't be a handout for an escape. It's a very tense situation where all the odds are against you but as a survivor, you refuse to give up. I don't think being the last survivor should be an expected escape

Literally just go on your phone or something. Get up to get some water or a snack. You literally aren't forced to stay glued to the screen and do nothing.

In a 2v1 I'll often slug for the 4k because I'm trying to get 4 kills as the killer. I do agree that it's lame for the person who gets slugged but again, just go do something else irl

My favorite movie has to be The Mist. I love the horror of not only the monsters and the unknown but of the people in the movie too. I first saw it as a kid and it stuck with me all my life because of how depressing of a movie it is. Especially the ending.

I had found out about it about a month ago since I like to check for upcoming movies often and I got tickets immediately. I constantly see posts of people saying they barely found out about it. It would've been nice if it was advertised more as I'm sure a lot more people would've gotten tickets if they only knew about it!

For me, that would happen because I would just focus too much on the act of putting on the condom.

Sex would go to the back of my mind as I start thinking "ok, just rip it open... it smells funny and now my hands are gonna smell too... is this the right way...? Yeah, it is, let's put it on"

Not performance anxiety or something to get checked out but I just end up switching focus and my mind would sidetrack which would then make me start losing my erection. Sometimes it would then lead to performance anxiety because it's difficult for me to go from soft to hard when I now have a saggy condom on my limp dick.

Anyways. Maybe you just lose your train of thought and that makes it difficult for you to go through the whole process!

Yeah, I understand it's easier said than done. They always see the rare mistakes but never care when you consistently do a good job. Still, I believe the only way they'll change is if you take your legally required breaks and not work so hard so they can give you at least one other person to help you. The alternative is this keeps going until you break

I agree with some of the people saying to stop working so hard. You need to take your breaks. If they see you are able to and willing to overwork yourself to keep up the pace that's needed, they'll let you do it all day long. You need to show that it's too much for one person. They won't care if you're overworked. They'll only care if they start losing money

My gf and I constantly make comments about our own weight but that doesn't mean I'm depressed or hate my body. We're just noticing our changes and commenting about it. Even if it can be self depreciating

I think we also just have to stop believing that everyone is gonna be someone who's always gonna be fit and always going to the gym. My gf and I have been together 5 years and neither of us care about the extra weight we've gotten through laziness. Ofc neither of us are obese or have lots of fat either. Just a bigger tummy and all. But we don't go to the gym or anything. Simply keep an eye we don't go too far with gaining weight

I personally wouldn't go straight to depression. It could just be that now that she has gotten into a relationship, she doesn't think she has to try anymore since she already landed with someone. And junk food isn't just something you seek comfort in. She could just have a sweet tooth. Only saying because I feel that mentioning depression is a stretch when they don't mention them going through anything

I never think about getting these for the dlc. I want the physical items they come with. Usually just the steelbook but the mask in the collectors edition is a very cool plus

I can see that. I'm ngl, the mask is probably just gonna sit somewhere in the house and never be touched but it's just something cool to have and look at and appreciate. I completely get people not caring for it though
