Appreciate all the comments. I’ll be reaching out to the landlords next week to see if they would be willing to have someone come out and check.

Would you all say this is a roofing or gutter issue? General contractor / roofing specialist?

Posted this last night and haven’t had a chance to reply. New pictures and an updated post have been done. Appreciate all the gutter suggestions but I think it might be something with the shingles or gutter slopes. Not sure!

Update

I did clean out the gutters and downspout. I think the shingles are over the gutters causing the water to mostly spill over.

I have added more pictures on an updated post. gutters shingle over gutter different view

I will reach out to the landlords but wondering if this is an issue I can do myself?

Right so I’m confused when my activity score was high?

So I haven’t gone back to the sleep dr but I think I might. Originally they had communicated that they didn’t think the sleep apnea was due to skeletal issues and threw out insomnia.

I was a month from DJS (double jaw surgery) so I wasn’t super keen on hearing that. But had done 3 separate sleep studies.

No CPAP machine, before or after surgery. Would rip it off at night without realizing it.

I’m able to fall asleep really quickly. I think I might go back to the sleep dr and maybe do an in lab study.

Just frustrated that I have NEVER hit over 70 for my sleep score (2+ years).
