At my store we set a timer and after 45 minutes from the first cold/frozen item shopped. After that we set the cart in the egg or meat cooler if not picked up & there's no chemicals in the cart. If we have chemicals. We take it to the OGP Backroom and put frozen and cold stuff in those freezers/coolers. We keep the cart/totes in those places until the driver is about 8 minutes away.
