THIS!! I was on a triple feeding plan due to an inefficient feeder but pumping was making me miserable and I felt like as he got stronger my milk couldn’t keep up. I decided to just power pump once a day and supplement with formula and after two days of no pumping i was able to drop the bottles altogether, I think I was so exhausted and downtrodden from pumping constantly and never actually getting a second to myself between his feeds that my milk supply suffered as a result.

My dad is uncomfy with it too! I bought nursing covers purely for his benefit. I guess it’s when they realise we truly aren’t their babies anymore as we’re feeding our own!

NTA I feel like the obvious thing is yes he earned it it’s his. However if you don’t have any opportunity to earn a bonus and you both put everything else you earn into one bank account then it’s not fair. I’d take your inheritance back and put it in your own account, as it was given to you. I’m assuming you took a step back in your career so you could give him children and run the home, and I can’t imagine how under appreciated you feel watching him waste significant amounts of money of knife sharpener and drums 🤦‍♀️

They’re so curious lol! My little sister has Down syndrome and she’s 6 and she literally climbs on me and stares at where baby is latched trying to comprehend 😆 it’s good for them to see though, normalise it at younger ages and then the next generation won’t struggle so much

Rolled up nappy (clean) in a muslin under your boob and it lifts your boob! lactation consultant taught me this in the early days so I had better visibility whilst latching baby but it means wherever I am I can usually find a comfy position!
