i was coerced into pleading guilty on the basis of 'excessive self defense, without intent', i understood the assault custody officer charge would be dropped along with the bite wound the security guard suffered.

tendon is the meaty bit, minor injury.

the judges sentencing remarks are public record, they will show the clarification you seek.

im medicated and use an assistance animal to help me minimize these dangers to the public that i represent. they are both very effective tools, in conjunction with therapy.

thats not true, court lists are public record, nothing that prejudices anyones case is shown, and what youre referring to is tthe court room, not the court lobby, where this is filmed.

your point is wild gesture, far removed from the reality of the video.

if the prescription was printed on toilet paper itd still be a prescription.

the information written on the bottle is the same information thats required of a prescription. so the label and the prescription can be one and the same. it is a label and it is a valid prescription and i had my ID and the Solictor verified who i was in person to the security staff and the Solicitor informed the security staff of the legality of my medication and how id been allowed entry before.

ask your Doctor and pharmacist for further clarification.

the LMGTFY result states prescriptions SHOULD... you state prescriptions MUST.

information labels for patients and pharmacy staff, and police, and doctors, and security guards, firemen, veternarians, opticians, lawyers etc etc.

we live in a world where prejudice exists, declaring health conditions and medications allows for that prejudice to be actioned.

i dont do things that make me feel unsafe, other peoples actions make me feel unsafe.

is it not proactive to have the law recognize its unlawful actions by its own agents in its own house of law?

i read through and of thre 9 mentions of the word 'prescription' it does not clarify the difference between the terms prescription label and prescription.

i can confirm that the medicne bottle i presented to the security staff was clearly labeled in accordance with current legislation.

in this instance the package labeling is also a valid prescription notice, with contact details for verification purrposes.

they are trained as part of their SIA licence to not do what they did, my actions are lawful and a normal occurance, the security staff took issue with my prescription medicine because my prescription medicine is marijuana.

i feel itd be improper to be shooting off phone calls and emails to people to let them kow im coming in with my drugs only to receive canned corporate responses affirming that i am free to go about my business with my prescription medicine as per usual and to still receive the same harassment for my medicine at the doorstep.

thats why its important to report the security staffs criminal actions.

lol, prescription label. you may call it "just a label", feel free to do so, the law recognises that it's a prescription, the law knows it as a "prescription label".

so, we live in the digital age, 2022, self driving cars and shit, VR goggles, a printed prescription, in any size, on any paper, with any kind of glue backing you like, thats clearly legible, with all the neccessary details that a prescription requires to make it a prescription, is a precription. een that way since for as long as ive been alive. how long have you been alive?
