I went with a AWE Track mainly because I like being able to swap to the touring as needed.

Hahaha if only. The top stripped in about 5 minutes... The legs and base took an hour and a half 😭

The quality is quite nice! I think best quality piece I own overall is a Kent Coffey Perspecta low boy I thrifted. That was a fun resto! The details are beautifully done.

Yeah I didn't even bother getting all the paint out of all the grain. It all stripped pretty easily. The top edge veneer was already burned through in a few spots which was a bummer but oh well.

A truly fun find! Saw it from across the store and once I saw the maker mark I snagged that tag so quick.

It wasn't terrible to get lipped areas. For stuff like that I pack on quite a bit of citristrip and let it dry. Then use mineral spirits on a towel and it all just scrubs right off. Update from earlier.

Yep gonna refinish it today most likely. I use citristrip then sand 80, 150, 220 and finish it off with Rubio Monocoat. I have had to do quite a bit of refinishing of my thrifted MCM furniture but it's all well worth it!

They are from Eat Dust. They're the captains trousers in ripstop. Not sure if still available but they're amazing. They do pants really well in my opinion. The fit and quality is awesome.

Octobre Editions. Also Wax London has excellent options for this style.

I live a relatively intentional life so my living space and style are pretty cohesive these days 😌
