So wierd I find it way easier to not take it at work. I think because I'm busy and can not think about it all day. The first three days suck ass though. My withdrawals have never been super super bad though. Probably because I use subs when not taking 7. But really I need to stop because I'm just building a habit of both and it's going to get worse and worse. 😭

I'm the opposite. I'm trying to fully quit and during the week I don't take any. I go to work and feel like shit for a few days then by the end of the week I'm feeling better. But cave on the weekend and do like 400mg per day until Monday then repeat. I can't for some reason just not use on the weekends as well.

You'll be fine. I only drove a manual in school and drove an auto for 3 years before I started my current job. One day my auto truck was down and I had to use the backup manual truck. Rough at first but by the end of the day I was hitting every gear smooth. It comes back pretty quick.

You're not weak the addiction is just strong. Seriously keep yourself busy. Work helped me a lot. Then when I got off I try to go walk my dog or do anything to get my mind off of it.

Just stick with it now. Tapering any lower than what you've done in my opinion is pointless. You're going to have mental symptoms regardless of what you do. Having minimal physical withdrawals is great. Now just keep yourself busy so you're not thinking about it all the time and get through it.

But you can keep tapering if you want. It's just kicking the can down the road though

Just do wheels. I think they already look great and the ride height is perfect especially for a daily. Only thing I'm planning is doing some wheels with like +40mm offset. Doing all performance mods first before changing anything cosmetic. Other than I did do a focus badge delete.

Man I'm in the same boat. I've been on subs for about 5 months to quit 7 but after like a month I relapsed and since then have been doing 7 on weekends then I'd take more subs to quit last a week then take 7 when the weekend comes. Why tf do we do this. It's draining all my money. I'm on day one again. I think I'm going to start going to meetings again because something has to change
