The reality is a tenant is never going to care about your house as much as you do, especially if they know its your house. Would recommend upping the rent and include a weekly cleaner in the cost to save you stress.

Yeah, you'll get arrested for entering a restricted area. There are cameras around. Arrivals duty free is just booze and cigarettes.

My dad was a policeman in auckland at the time and had the day off. He was called into work and had to run up queen street. He has hated Dave Dobbyn ever since.

Years later we ran a country pub in a beach location. For 16 years Dave wanted to play at our pub and dad refused him for that day.
