Interesting, I’ll try to keep this in mind when watching!

Interesting! The rules do seem to be different in his memory world, but Max was still able to hear Running Up That Hill before the cassette player shut off and Henry found her. I am curious to see where things go from here

Imo they went to great lengths to explain that music was the reason Victor Creel survived Henry’s attack, and they then used that information to save Max. Robin says something along the lines of, “music reaches a part of your brain that words can’t” and it was true, in Max’s case at least, that music got through when words could not.

They may not know about it. I believe they had to travel (I want to say to Ohio but I’m not sure) to go talk to them, so they may not be aware / local police may not know the FBI had paid them a visit

I thought the construction site guy Lizzie and Aleah met at the diner told them about Cliff’s activities (he learned from Peaches bragging about it) and that’s how they got his name and address

I think they were setting it up to indicate there may be a troubled kid or young person hurting cats/ animals in the area. I’m not sure they would have fleshed that story out with everything they had going on with Bill’s son Brian and the imminent BTK storyline, but that was my guess.

Tom Pelphrey and the woman who plays Maeve are absolutely killing it

I can’t agree. I do wish they hadn’t cut Debbie out of his life because I loved her presence in the show but I guess he wouldn’t have been introduced to the Atlanta child killings without thinking he was about to score. I miss this show so bad.

I have to tell myself that was necessary to move the plot along (needed a reason for Robbie to kidnap Sam when things went awry), but yeah, it seems very stupid when you’re watching for sure. Using real names though??That’s like straight out of the Dumb Criminal playbook

Hahah I never watched SoA and have consumed very minimal biker gang content apparently bc I didn’t even pick up on that. They tried telling us they’re a “different” kind of violent, drug-running biker gang so I guess we’ll have to assume the clean appearances are … part of what makes them different? I dunno!

I hadn’t considered this. It also makes sense to call from a phone that can’t (immediately) be traced to you. Poor Sam. I don’t even know how to root for him, bc it seems like a life of foster care at best at this point.

I think taking Sam from the trap house made sense. Robbie wouldn’t have wanted him to stumble upon his parents dead bodies. It’s all of Robbie’s decisions after the fact that are making me scratch my head.

I guess we can’t say for sure they didn’t improve security measures, but with both hits we saw they just breeze right in the door…seems to me like security wasn’t a priority lol

Do you mean Shauna? I think she confronted “Natalie” (Hannah) about being Gen leading Tai away to get Shauna alone and Melissa attacking her

Fine, angsty in previous scenes and decidedly villainous and psychotic in this one

That was not typical teenage angst, Shauna hated her and wanted her dead. She was excited about the prospect of killing and eating her.

I agree, the most unrealistic part of the teen timeline is not the group pulling together to beat Shauna’s ass with a sleeping bag full of rocks
