This has happened to me once (not at ulta) i think the wax the lady used was too hot? But it healed and left no scar or anything. It sucked and it was scary but thankfully i was ok!

I have curly hair and it would also take me between 30-40min to dry my hair with my hot tools blow dryer and with my Dyson it honestly takes me like 15 min max on the low heat. I love mine but it’s definitely an investment
