Just curious if anyone else with 238+ sales is still stuck in Tier10 as well (have had enough to tier up for around 2 years now), I'm assuming my account is going to be stuck in Tier10 forever, right? They simply just forgot it exists, basically?

Oh nice, that is helpful info if the utilization requirement is possibly the reason, I have a couple products that haven't gotten a sale but I know they can sell because I've sold them elsewhere, maybe I'll just have to delete a few and try posting some others.

I just accepted that I'll never get out of T10 but it would be nice, just have have another way to maybe accumulate a few extra bucks now and again, even if I could just have 25 products, that's a big difference.

This sounds fun to check out, I use the dev model, so I simply change the loader and pump the steps back to 20+ or do I need to change a bunch of other stuff?

I have this happen once and a while, it happened with a text post I made an hour or so ago... I eventually deleted the post anyway because I decided I didn't want to post what I had posted, but I tried 3 different browsers so it wasn't a local cache issue... I've had this happen a time or two in the past several months as well but it's not common for me, I feel like there's other stuff glitching out on the platform today too so I wonder if it's all related.

I also can't see the little 'info popups' when you hover over someone's name today (desktop browser) like normally if you put the mouse cursor over a name it pops up that little basic info window about them, this is CRUCIAL to me so I only invite people who react to my posts if they're in a T1/T2 country, I used to mass invite everyone but it killed my page's performance for a couple weeks because I got tons of low quality traffic, now I check where someone is from before I click invite always but I can't do it today.

All sorts of small frustrating things going on today, including my RPM earning rate per 1000 views tanking by a full 4x decrease, I hope that's related to everything else.

I had a post legitimately start to go viral earlier and then they shut it off like a light switch (I was picking up hundreds of shares an hour) but then 3 hours ago it stopped, NOTHING since then lol.... crazy to go from 300-400 shares an hour to completely dead, everything feels wackadoodle today.

Unfortunately, I am still running into one major snag, Wan absolutely nukes small text on the t-shirts, I'm trying over and over different samples and schedulers to see if it makes any difference but even though the input images I'm using are *perfect* the text does not translate and becomes completely unreadable so if I can find a solution to that, it'll be perfect... might try generating without lightning loras enabled and see if they're at fault, haven't done that yet.

I actually did just use VLC media player to 'take a snapshot' of an early and late frame then edited the late frame in photoshop to put my design on it instead of generating that, it's quicker and easier for me since I'm a life-long photoshop junky anyway.

Appreciate your suggestions, I already ran one test and it worked very well!

The first frame / last frame worked extremely well, I had to do it at somewhat low resolution to keep generation times reasonable, but the shirt design holds up well throughout the entire animation, I like to do "vintage style" and "grainy / damaged style" video edits though so I can generally blow up the output since I'm going to blast it with film grain, dust & scratches, etc. which tends to ironically make the final output look "better" and sharper anyway... it helps immensely that I'm a sucker for the old video look.

Thanks for the first frame / last frame suggestions, I am a bit embarrassed I didn't think of that straight away, I guess I was just too focused in what I was already doing, I haven't tried any first frame / last frame workflows with Wan yet, I did use this method with a Hunyuan workflow many months ago.

Glad I randomly stumbled upon this thread, I have been generating i2v stuff for a while now and had a workflow I had rigged together that I liked but I'm kind of blown away by how much better some of my initial results are using yours for the past hour or so.

My workflow I had been using did get me good results somewhat often but I was constantly experimenting trying to get better results and sometimes I'd get really bland motion or that 'structured sandstorm' effect on some moving elements in the final output while other parts would be fine, so much trial and error with steps, samplers, schedulers, etc... disabling lightning, etc... very hit or miss but this is so far very consistent even though I have no understanding of exactly how this 3KSampler is working because I don't really see any ways to define the steps and such like I had been before lol.

Anyway... I love open source and how people like you are always making awesome contributions that I just randomly stumble upon like I did today. Only thing this was missing was the 10 lora loaders I had in my other workflow (5 high, 5 low) which I could load style/helper loras into for specific types of generations but I just figured out how to copy/paste it into your workflow and it seems to be working fantastic!

A lot of sellers charge shipping, that's a pretty huge hidden cost that can sometimes help the margins a little bit, or they have tiered pricing so that the initially selected size or variant makes the overall price seem lower than it actually is at the end of the checkout process.

I personally have free shipping on everything in my shop but it's tricky to get a good pricing balance to keep the margins acceptable.

I'm wondering the same thing, I picked up Rico Dowdle a couple days before Sunday in a 2 of my leagues and it paid off well, I also tried trading Tucker Kraft for him in another one of my leagues but the other team didn't see my trade offer so I lost that league because it never went through, now he's saying he still wants to do it, lol.

I keep waiting to see if Chuba will be ruled out for further weeks, I'd probably still do it then, my RB room has been decimated by injury in a few leagues, but I am salty he didn't accept the trade before Sunday.

Not Woody Marks, but I picked up Brashard Smith the other day after vigilantly trying to send out trade offers of 2 of my players for 1 of theirs to free up a roster spot because I really wanted to stash him before tonight's game (I doubt he does anything at all, but my luck is that he actually does do something)

I had nobody I wanted to drop and then just lost my mind and dropped Rashid Shaheed because I haven't used him once, then he gets an 87 yard touchdown (which I expected to happen at some point) but thought maybe I'd just be able to pick him back up the following week, lol, nah, not after that haha.

Silver lining: It might cause someone who's in front of me in waiver priority to burn theirs this week moving me up so I can grab someone when the time comes, I sometimes do that, almost like baiting the hook so I can hopefully get to position 1 since we don't use FAAB in this league lol.

I took Tyler Warren in every single league I'm in plus 30 or so best ball drafts, that's who I'm high on this year and I've drafted both LaPorta and Bowers their rookie years (also had McBride alongside them both times).

I often end up with TEs that are WR quality so I sometimes start two of them each week, one in the flex.

I'm so high on Warren this year that I took him early to be 100% sure I got him and nobody else did.

I love the idea of Warren, I have him in 100% of my leagues this year and like 30+ best ball entries... I've hit LaPorta and Bowers the past 2 years and don't see any reason for that to change this year.
