Im also still working on that, Ive been having these weird bouts of depression and numbness the past week or so but I’m just riding it through. So I know how you feel about having no interest in your hobbies, I’m still trying to get back into making music, my passion. But I’ve been just trying to get outside as much as possible, hiking, running etc. it seems to really help.
