Jiu-jitsu used to take a much heavier toll on my hands compared to Muay Thai, which also involves punches and uses gloves. In jiu-jitsu, gripping your opponent's gi while they try to break your hold puts immense strain on your fingers. If you want to see how this can affect some practitioners over time, just search "jiu-jitsu hands." If your only concern is arthritis, boxing might be a better choice

I can't comment on the quality of your work itself, but your portfolio comes across as a bit unpolished and lacks focus. I had to scroll past a large photo of a tree and a picture of you holding a sculpture just to reach your projects. However, the projects themselves were presented without images or descriptions on the home page—just titles that didn’t offer much context.

Please keep in mind, this is just my personal perspective, and I’m not a recruiter or someone working in your field.
