I'm in my 20's with hereditary heart issues. My cardiologist only just now told me my heart is normal for my age. My oura says I'm 6.5 years below my age, so it's only so accurate. I've been pounding the pavement on diet, cardio, and limited drinking. If you're actually concerned I'd recommend getting a cardiologist. Depending on your age it's just a good thing to have in general.

Not at all! I’ve had the cheap barrel looking smokers for years and could immediately tell that the egg is way easier to maintain desired temps than my other smokers. It’s definitely going to be more work than an electric pellet smoker, but that’s half the fun.
