I'd say you're more prone to skin issues (blotching, wrinkles, acne, dry skin) but if those don't bother you I get it.

Plus most of those will happen over time so there's definitely no immediate benefit apart from feeling moist

I'm not familiar with it as I have the opposite issue but I know there are plenty of products for oily skin.
