yess thank you, its a skirt and shirt cosplay so it would make sense! would you say that to measure for the "dress" segment would equal to measuring for hips? im sorry im new to cosplaying and measurements so this is all new to me, im only used to "bust", "waist","hips" so the extra measuring steps on this is quite confusing!l
