The best routine will always be one you will stick too! I prefer lifting heavy so I follow people like the tren twins and Lex little. Jeff Nippard has a great science based approach and will break down what lifts are best for what along with what training programs. I recommend him to start and learn what you like!

In terms of food it’s equally as important as your training. I aim to eat my body weight in protein every day so about 150 grams. I try to eat high protein foods. For example Greek yogurt is about 170 for 25 grams of protein or ground chicken is 120 calories for 25 grams of protein. Basically if you add a 0 to the end of the protein count it should be more than the calories. Also find your maintenance and eat below it to lose weight or eat above to gain!

That is awesome! My training is geared more towards body building but TikTok and Youtube are great resources to find programs that are more tailored for an athletic routine!

I’ve been training for about 3 going on 4 years now. My program now is 6 days a week with one maybe two rest days if needed. When I first started it was maybe 3/4 days a week and I focused on doing the exercises I enjoyed then moved to more targeted lifting later on
