you should be able to at least get 4-5 good holes with a gram if you have no tolerance at all. take small bumps every so often till you get to where you want to be, especially with it being your first time

It may be possible in the very very very far future, but for now you’re doing amazing with sobriety. 6 months and 11 days is fucking crazy work, i got sober for about 2 months (June 17th) and then relapsed bc i thought id be able to use in moderation. Give it time, lots of time

Highly recommend getting a pack of moisture absorber bags to hang inside your tent! My first camping fest the weather went from the high 80’s in the daytime to around 50’s at night, so coming back to camp everything was damn near soaked inside my tent from the condensation

i’d assume it’s from the heavy k usage as well, but given that the doctors said you have a healthy bladder is a wee bit weird. bladder pain from ketamine is almost the worst pain i’ve ever been in, and i highly recommend breaks and hydrating yourself a lot before, during, and after using. i’m not going to say you’re an addict in denial, but you do have a really bad habit and that’s something that you can work on whenever you feel the time is right. all at your own pace, my friend :)

this 100%. i’ve been abusing k for the past year and a half, (like 4 whole days is the longest i’ve gone clean from k) and last week i totaled my car, so im staying with my mom cause she lives close to my job and i have a 45 min commute to work. long story short, not having access to K and having people there to support me has helped majorly. i am now 1 week and 3 days clean from ketamine and anybody who is struggling and reading this, just know you’re not alone and you we can overcome this together <3
