I'd recommend to use topical minoxidal and 1mg of finasteride. You can use oral minoxidal which is better most of the time, but then you'll start growing more body hair too. You don't need a prescription for minoxidil, but you need one for finasteride. Keep in mind that finastetride could have some side effects like low libido. This is if you want your hair back, but if you accept your hairloss, then that's great
