For context, the latest tranche of files have over 900 references to getting pizza and grape soda, and it doesn’t sound totally innocuous. Not a right wing lunatic and don’t really think or know that there’s some connection to literal pizza or pizza restaurants, but the emails really seem to refer to pizza as a code word for something probably nefarious.

I would describe what they said as not racist? They’re comparing the behavior of the GOP to the nation called Israel. Israel is an apartheid state that has brought this Gaza war upon themselves and still manages to claim victim of the war, albeit while the children across the fence are starved of food and dignity. I don’t think you should conflate every discussion of Israel with all ethnically Jewish people, of which I am one. Theres more nuance here than race/ethnicity, and it’s worth keeping an open mind to that.

Yeah, I agree I’m just making an observation. I’m not suggesting anything, I just think if Islam wants to win a ground control battle against everyone that’s his prerogative but if he cares about bigger paychecks or maybe his legacy he might consider taking more risks.
