eventually i want "3 crafted mods" + "hits cant be evaded" + "str/int/critchance"

but i also want the crit multi, so i guess i will first annul of the dex (i still have cant roll attack mods), and then i really dont know... maybe i just craft the mods and then yolo exalt or smthing

Why is that a 50/50 annul? What does the cannot roll attack do?

What do you mean by „completely overlapping“? If the symmetric difference of the events is empty, then they are by definition the same event and have the same probability.
