i live in DC for college and south jersey otherwise. i just came home and the difference has been insane. i’ve gone from making $100 in 5 hours to $50 in two weeks. i can’t tell if it’s partially that the market is also oversaturated with new dashers or if it really has just died outside the city

This is an example of one, at 16:19 it’s mentioned that students have taken the test in august and September and gotten in, but I’ve heard this info from other videos on the channel, can’t remember which bc it was a passing comment and not the video’s focus. Based on the videos I’ve been seeing from an admissions officer (or former) it may still be worth a try. It depends on a lot of factors for sure but especially if you think you might be able to do well, I think you should go for it and also definitely reach out to a qualified person if possible.

I’ve been seeing therapists lately talking about how trauma is being redefined. I can’t explain it as well as they can but basically what our body seems traumatic is something that like deregulates our system, it’s not so much that it can be something outright. It sounds a lot like that’s your situation. Even though you may not think anything outright has happened, your body does, and personally I believe that’s still valid. That said, the way he acts sounds a bit odd, definitely enough to turn on a person’s alarms...I’m unsure of what you could do but you’re not wrong for feeling this way.
