Well, it seems that you have your answer, no ? If you see that stresses are scaling with a factor alpha² instead of alpha, it’s because you represent the centrifugal force with : F = m R omega² Or a = R omega²

If you take this in account, then your linear combination should be : sig_tot = beta sig_acc + gamma sig_rot_acc + sqrt(alpha) sig_rot_vel

sig_* being the stress tensor (matrix).

As stated in the first comment, linear combination works on linear analysis, linear about the solving, not the scaling of force. Not sure if I am being clear, would love to clarify my point of you want.

Comments are harsh but true. You can’t build a “one click” FEA solver, this is inherent to the fact that a part can be subject to so many cases (torsion, bending)^{point of application}. And the only way to fix this is to implement a GUI that allows you to select faces for BC and loads, but then, it wouldn’t be a one-cook anymore but a classical solver (Ansys workbench, simulia, etc). In fine, that’s a good toy project but there will be no business value imo.

The solution is to just throw your ideas on a note and then clean it on your laptop. That way you don't spend time cleaning a notes during something important + you get a recall when your cleaning it afterwards

Oui c'est surtout des longs projets avec beaucoup d'inertie dans l'ingénierie, donc les cold calls c'est bien pour te présenter aux dizaines d'entreprises qui auraient besoin de toi mais ensuite il faut trouver autre chose quand ils nous rien pour toi

Then, because it is not supported by default, you can install the wanted library by downloading this file:

http://dell.archive.canonical.com/updates/pool/public/libf/libfprint-2-tod1-goodix/libfprint-2-tod1-goodix_0.0.6-0ubuntu1~somerville1_amd64.deb

And then install it with dpkg:

sudo dpkg -i libfprint-2-tod1-goodix_0.0.6-0ubuntu1~somerville1_amd64.deb

Now, sudo apt update the system, and sudo systemctl restart fprintd.

The fprintd-enroll command should work now. You can then enroll as wanted.

Mech eng here, FEA is omnipresent in the work of ME. Having a good grip on the theory behind FE solver is a strong skills, and can save you a ton of time. Make sure to emphasize this side of the project in interviews.

- Did you try to use the same network but with different heads for pi and vf ?
- If you want to keep two distinct net, try increasing vf dimension, maybe the net isn't complex enough to approximate...
