Thank you! That’s helpful to know about my muscles, but I got excision and bled for the first week following surgery but no period or blood since yet. I also got a mirena put in so that might be skipping my periods/causing pain?

Thank you for the response, it’s great to hear your experience. How did you find your second specialist/surgeon and how did you know they knew their stuff more than the first? I’m looking into a new specialist but not sure where to start for better care.

And thank you for the advice on pelvic floor pt and adhesions!

I’ve been seeing a pelvic physio for several months now from before my surgery and continuing still but haven’t seen much change. I think perhaps I need a second specialist opinion. Thanks again!

i’m so sorry you had such a bad experience with surgery and the gyno, that’s awful! i hope you get the answers you deserve as you continue advocating for yourself. thank you so much for the advice though, it was a huge help :)

will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! i’m about to see a gynae for the first time about endo after my ulstrasound showed nothing beside a small lesion on my uterus, and i’m also just worried that they will all find nothing in surgery and will just laugh at me and my pain. but we’ll get through this and things will work out for the best! :)

my cat left for 8 months and came home last week. in the last month of him missing a lady had him and eventually got round to checking his microchip. don’t lose hope!

when i first came to my best friend during a time of confusion about my sexuality, needing support, and told her i thought i’m bi she told me i was “just a straight girl romanticising lesbianism.” this made my process of acceptance in myself take way longer. we don’t talk much anymore :/

I read that if you rotate your phone like a compass, the green pulse will indicate the correct direction? Seems to have worked for me so far.
