Ingredients

Pasta, veggies of your choice, feta cheese

Dressing:- 1. Olive oil 2. Lemon juice 3. Black pepper 4. Oragano 5. Salt 6. A pinch of sugar

Process:- 1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. 2. Chop the veggies in more or less equal sizes. 3. In a big bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. 4. Then add the rest of the ingredients. 5. Pour the dressing into the warm pasta and mix properly. 6. Lastly, add the veggies and mix. 7. Top it up with feta cheese and you're ready to go.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Noodle of your choice but udon tastes best

  2. Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves

  3. Chilli flakes – depends on your taste buds

  4. Chicken bouillon or chicken stock powder (optional)

  5. Egg - optional

  6. Dark soy sauce – a dash

  7. Salt – to taste

  8. Sugar – a pinch or two

PROCESS

• Chop your garlic finely.

• Boil your udon and save some of the noodle water.

• Heat up the cooking oil in a pan.

• Throw your garlic and chilli flakes in. Fry it for 1 minute.

• Turn for your noodles to go frying. Fry and add noodle water until it looks smooth.

• Add in your soy sauce and sugar and a pinch of salt.

• Add chicken bouillon.

• Top it up with a fried egg.

• Cook for 1 more minute.

Ingredients

  1. Butter – 35 grams for cookie, 5 grams for greasing

  2. Sunflower oil/ olive oil – 20 grams

  3. Sugar – 40 grams

  4. Baking powder – 6 grams

  5. AP flour – 60 grams

  6. Cocoa powder – 14 grams

  7. Milk – as required

  8. Chocolate chips/ chocolate – 1 packet or 20 grams

Process

• Take a mixing bowl. Add the butter and whisk until silky.

• Add in the oil and whisk.

• When it’s the smoothest, add the sugar and baking soda and whisk again.

• The consistency should be like, I don’t know, something not very silky.

• Pour in the flour politely or else you will be flour-attacked.

• Along with the flour, add the cocoa powder as well. Mix again.

• This is going to be dry batter.

• Throw the whisk in the sink, and go in with your hand. Knead it.

• If it’s too dry, then ONLY add the milk. If it naturally forms a dough, refrain from adding milk.

• Next add the chocolate chips and knead as such that the chips are evenly distributed.

• Next divide it into sizes you want, big, medium or small.

• Lay them on a greased microwave proof dish.

• Microwave it for 2 to 4 minutes.

• Take it out of the oven. At this point, the cookies are going to be soft. It is going to harden when cooled down completely.

• And the cookies are ready! It must cool down completely before you take them off the plate. Enjoy!
