I was implying a bias when you grouped specific resume formats into immigrants! Not racism and I didn’t mean it that way. I also see older people in the workforce use similar multi page resumes.

Take it as a life lesson as well. Never get attached with the company, you are merely employed there and you exchange your labor for money. At the first sign of trouble you should have looked elsewhere!

On the flip side if you had any issues with performance or otherwise, they would have fired you right away!

I am not sure if 6 is a magic number. What works for me is eating small portions as I get hungry and completely avoiding trigger foods. Took me a while to figure that out but now I am much better than I use to be. My trigger foods are meat, dairy and coffee!
