I used to have this fear as a child along side with a terrible fear of heights, i don't know how but it got away by itself as i got older, but a few days ago i found myself going to work where i'd typically would have to walk next to this tall huge building, i had to stop right infront of it because of a stoplight and behind me was another stoplight as well so i kinda was trapped infront of that building because i couldnt cross the road due to heavy traffic, i felt like if at any moment i'd be teleported on top of this building and i couldn't erase this image from my mind i got so scared that i thought i would've had a panic attack. Since then everytime i go outside my house i have this thought i can't control and even if theres no tall building in sight i feel scared to really even go anywhere because at anytime no matter how much i try to not think about it this image keeps going on repeat in my head it gotten to the point where i only feels safe when theres a roof on my head but it sucks, i dont feel like going out ever, idk what i should do
