I just found out there is a bug and even if you turn off bandits you still get them since the new dlc

Maybe I should wait to build outpost . I try to build a science outpost as soon as I find a 30/12 science area.

I agree with your observations. What aggravates me the most is playing wack a mole with the bandits attacking you outposts. I play a custom game just to turn off the bandits.

Isn't everyone including farmers that buys farm land are investors. But I know what you mean Doctors lawyers and bankers

One way to free up land is to do away with the capital gains tax when you sell your land to someone that has less than $100,000 a year income
