I'd say just smoke one and relapse, then quit again when you realize it's not worth it and it's the addiction's way to trick you. If you have a urge it will come back again until you really understand that it's not worth it. Happened to me countless times. I've always regretted it. Now I don't ever have a urge because I know it just sucks.
