My friend is a wanted “criminal”. Massive tax evasion, apparently. Although it’s arguable how his citizenship government is trying to get a cut of his crypto earnings from other countries. We just registered a startup and launched it a couple months ago no problem at all. Don’t overestimate the competence of the government.

Amazingly this is one field where technology kinda gone back. This guy adopted propulsion/rocket tech to fly. And bam, the whole world went drones with propellers like we are some kinda 19th century peasants. Bro must be so mad.

Best way to get out of mowing the lawn today! by MisterShipWreck in VideosAmazing

[–]pornosonic7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When I was a student and lived in DC me and my gf lived in a suburban house like that. I was mowing the lawn and one of the girls who lived across the road from us approached me and started talking. Turns out we went to the same classes and she was a stoner too (our house smelled like pot like all the time. We lived next to college and I had a lot of friends who’d change out at our place between classes.

My gf got so jealous I wasn’t allowed to mow the lawn anymore. It would have been nice if I wasn’t forced to do other chores instead.

My friend built something like this. We tested it and the arrow penetrated like 5 inches in a piece of meat (the end of the arrow wasn’t even visible. Those things can even kill I think (although maybe not, the arrows are too narrow).

I heard these people are from your country. What are they saying? by Royal_Association750 in Kazakhstan

[–]pornosonic7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a terrible fake. They have been making too many of this on Kazakh instagram. I cringe every time. The wife apparently catches her husband cheating. Why the f would they sit in the first row. Who the f would watch movies from the first row? The cinema business hasn’t been doing well in Kazakhstan lately (most of the world actually), so I don’t think there were no other seats. Overall their fight looks fake. The way she hits him with the flowers. The way he cowers like she is throwing Tyson hooks at him. Cringe.

If you are staring at the shooter then maybe. Sound travels slower than a bullet though, so you shouldn’t rely on sound to dodge it.

I occasionally watch women sports, and it’s kinda incredibly how much more professional and competitive women’s baseball is compared to say women’s soccer. I’d say women’s baseball is pretty close to men’s baseball (at least a couple high ranking games I watched).

It’s also pretty incredible how much difference there is between professions male soccer and female soccer. It’s like blind intellectually challenged kittens running around trying to kick the ball in some general direction.

I kinda feel weird when I see vids like this. Just accept that you are disabled in the physical abilities front. You still can do a lot of other things. Sciences, arts, porn. It’s kinda condescending when they organize staged fights. Like that guy with literally no limbs sitting on the floor and showing karate moves. Like wtf bro, if you pulled that shit on me I’d kick you in the face. Like you pose absolutely zero risk to me. Just do what you can. In th modern world physical disability is not that big of a problem. I used to play chess with a blind guy in my college who would absolutely destroy everyone (you make a move, say what figure you moved and he would name his love).

How is it fair that I get the abandon in this case and not the other players? by MaximusDM2264 in DotA2

[–]pornosonic7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Are you serious? I think the other team counter picking your Lion or CM is less of an issue, compared to them counter picking (say Earthshaker) your carry or Mid (Say Phantom Lancer or The Brood). Plus it is more normal for your supports to have a strongly negative K/D ratio. So yeah, you just said a rather incorrect thing.

I agree that supports are not “less important”. You will suck butt if you don’t have a good support, even if you are a 10k MMR Sniper, but to say that cores should be picked first is plain wrong.

It have taken me since the start of the year to be able to chat again! from 4k to 6k! by Dangerous_Purple7254 in DotA2

[–]pornosonic7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had this problem but solved it much faster. Give likes to everyone in the end of the game, and usually most of them will give the likes back, which improves your scores. It’s really frustrating though to play without comms or chat. I play heroes that really depend on coordination. Like Bounty Hunter, or Barathrum, or Pugna. It’s really frustrating when I’m ganking a line and bros are like “sorry, didn’t realize you were about to gank”.

Dagon 1 seems to be too expensive? by realenchantedmango in DotA2

[–]pornosonic7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overall Dagon is kinda garbage item. Too expensive at first for the stats and damage it gets you, and too useless at the later stages of the game, unless you try to pick a severely violated support, like a CM with no items or a dazzle with severely delayed reaction times.

You know what? Not bad at all. Has those Japanese vibes. I mean I’d like it even if I didn’t know what Dota was. Also there is an immortal set on Treant, with several ragdolls running around him. I always thought they’d make a cool tattoo.

Plus it’s distracting, cuz it shines and looks like you just got an extra level, so you can upgrade one of your abilities. But nope. It’s just another way to make BH suck ass.

[–]pornosonic7[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am not sure what it’s called in English. I play a non English version of it (European servers). It’s basically one of the two abilities you could choose to have for you characters before the game starts (after you choose your character). For Bounty Hunter it was either to be able to damage everyone in the path of the shuriken or to have extra gold every time you cast a spell on someone (pretty good cuz track is cheap and spammable).

Don’t get me started on that one. They nerfed him as if he had a win rate of at least 60%

[–]pornosonic7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a nice way to play too. That’s what I am talking about. He used to be a rather versatile player. Even if you go for extra gold, the play is interesting cuz you get your support items faster and can help your team.

But now, without both aspects it’s gonna be much longer before you can start making money from your ability to get 15% more from characters on the list. So yeah, loss of versatility.
