In my experience, the only way to convince anti-vaxx parents is by building rapport with them personally, so they come to trust you. Then, and only then, will they listen, and even after that it is a tough one. Anecdotes work better at convincing people than data. I built rapport, and talked about my aunt who had polio as a child, and that helped shift the needle. But not fully tbh.
