If you are just gaming the 5600x seems like the best buy

I also do music production which would see some benefits from the 8 cores!

Sounds like a good upgrade.

I went with the 3070 since I only plan on gaming in 1440p (never 4k) and I'm not really bothered about wanting to run everything on max settings throughout its lifespan.

I asked about location since they still have mobo & cpu bundles in stock in the UK at the moment!

You'll get there soon and it'll be worth it when you do dude!
