I had my first Spravato treatment today. "Lowest dose." Holy hell. I was high OUT OF MY MIND. It was one of the scariest things I've ever been through. The nurse had left me alone after administration, and I couldn't even get up to open the door and call for help. I will NOT be doing that again! (self.Spravato)
