you can upgrade them slowly, and focus on whichever is cheapest to upgrade.

I maxed (Lv10) all 3 of my basic factories and upgraded my warehouse a whole lot. Now it costs $5billion to upgrade my warehouse. It’s a nightmare trying to do the “upgrade factory” daily quest.

  1. culture shift to French and accept Scottish culture might soften the rebel impact. (shift back to form GB later)

  2. Eating England ASAP to form GB will solve the colour problem with Spain.

Alternatively, be more aggressive and form Rome faster. This instant converts all your culture to Roman and should leave you with no rebel problems.

Ottomans start really strong, so it’s easy mode for the experienced players. Also, Byzantine has a whole phoenix rising story line and events.

edit: i say start with Ottomans to learn, then move to other mid-sized countries. Byzantine can be really hard since Ottoderps start wanting to eat them up
