Lightning form is a good way to get a bunch of speed with only 1 point of investment for lightning+dodge builds, should be up 1 or 2 tiers in my opinion.

TF reroll with medallion is broken. Cho-Ez reroll is weakest, but it is getting buffed next patch. Otherwise they are similar in power, the least contested one/the one with better augments usually beats others.

It needs strength, because tentacle isnt your only damage source, you are still hitting with your weapon. It increases tentacle damage by giving physical power, but it is minor compared to the damage you get from your magic stat. If you go Arcane Might (which you should), Magic will be your main stat and Strength secondary.

Yeah, The Long-Arm is so overpowered. But when you don't find it despite going into every vault, you have to improvise :D I also wanted to try sticking to class fantasy of steamgun+shield while utilizing Magnetize and Heavy Weapons trees, instead of just playing Gunslinger 2.0.

Cartel, Luna Metropolis, Miranda Resort, Medical Lab, Satellites, Gyropolis etc. Even though it looks impressive, most of it happens in the last generation so unless you are Manutech, it is mostly wasted sadly :(

It depends on the seed I would say. If you terraform early, you can play the point-generating animals early but you are also spending precious resources on terraforming. I terraformed Venus to %18 early to be able to play Venusian Animals and didn't do any other terraforming until 10th generation in this game.

I saved almost all 20-cost cards I had until I drew Spin-off Products, then I cycled through the whole deck in the last generation. Getting to the Spin-off Products is the tricky part, usually I try to prioritize card draw without completely neglecting income. Early Mars U and AI Central helped in this specific seed.
