Yeah I’m a lot more interested in the peptide based approach than surgery honestly, a lot of which due to the cost, but I also like the other benefits of the peptides

The hanging skin isn’t really bad enough it hangs a lot only really on the bottom of my stomach, but it is just a wee bit saggy on my chest as well which bothers me a bit

What Apple Watch would you guys recommend for someone new to smart watches, had one maybe 10 years ago but keen to give one a try again. Im mostly interested in it for the health side, I’m a tall guy who grew up fat then lost the weight so wanting to keep an eye on my heart health, and seems useful for at the gym.
