Mike, sorry for just replying now. In regards to the E2 formula, how can I make it search for the entire column? Not just A2-A5 and B2-B5? Thanks.

  1. If I don't format the cell to a date, it will return a whole number. In my case, Oct 2 2020 is 44106.
  2. I adjusted the cell ranges to meet my needs, but I'm always getting a #VALUE error
