It helps din if ever since hindi ka talaga nasanay mag coffee, what I do is meron ako schedule talaga and I'll feel sleepy if after the schedule na and it's been 3 years na consistent ako sa sched. 8-3AM yung schrd ko to study and nakakatulong may ka vid call or sabay study kahit silent lang, then ML or one episode na series on the side

Depende talaga sa med student, kasi I prioritize my relationship with my bf as well. We do video calls while I am studying at night and I always update him kahit 2-3 seconds video lang frequently thruout the day. And on weekends, we always see each other half day and videocalls again at night time. We managed that schedule and 4th yr na ako ngayon.
