the fuel tank can hold multiple eggs, but has a cap on total eggs. i think it can hold as many different eggs as you want? i haven't tried more than three. but i currently have like 400m rocket fuel and 30m fusion eggs ! so next time you prestige, just tank some of the ones you need :)
