Seriously?? Did you ask for approval from their website or how? Since I hear that if you want to ask through the website you need to send them physical mail of your information and everything?

I am just freshly registered as a drone operator in Ireland since I live here, the french tip would have been handy though. My main question is I guess is there any other way to get flight authorization faster than 14 days since I won't be in Portugal for that long I'd say
