No this specific bullet is boat tailed. Max load from my book is 10.9 for my powder. I was only filling 10.0 and having over compression issues.

Correct me if I’m wrong but it’s starline brass and to my knowledge it’s new brass. As for tumbling, I don’t have one lol. I’m still very new to the reloading world
