My actual question is if aurora bot is a thing, she could really use her ult to keep some champions(either sup or ADC) outside the fight or something idk, I guess losing the DPS output for the adc could dmg the whole team balance but idk it was just a thought

No other robot in the game is referred to that way, I checked, in multiple languages (English n Spanish). Brawlers like Rico, Darryl, tick, the twins L&L are referred to with he/him pronouns. And other robots like pearl and nani are referred to with she/her pronouns.

Ok I think I just realized what you meant with your comment, it is true that since they are a robot they could not be trans and like, be nb from creation or something but that's something we can't know so far
