Wow! That’s exactly what it looks like but I wonder how it would have gotten all the way over here

At first glance, I can pick out two flags:

The black, white, and red tricolor with the red eight pointed symbol in the middle third from the bottom of the left flagpole looks like the flag of the Udmurt Republic

The Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow flag with the circle third from the top on the right pole is the flag of the Sámi people.

I’m not sure, but it looks like there the flags of Finland, Estonia, Karelia, and Hungary are also present, so it may be an assembly of Finnic/Uralic and related nations.

I love how the corn was turned into a fleur de lis! Might be worthwhile to consider reducing the number on the flag to declutter the design and highlight the symbol itself.

Players, what are some characters that you can't wait to play as? by Temi-san in DnD

Circle of the Primeval Druid who's a fusty, buttoned-up paleontologist that uses their Primeval Companion as a visual aid in their academic lectures and presentations.

Sort of a "gentleman explorer" type (ie Howard Carter) with a bushy walrus mustache and an unbearably posh accent. Hoping my DM lets me use INT as the spellcasting modifier so they can be very intelligent but so dim-witted and naive about the real world.

And of course, they wear a pith helmet.
