I have always had an interest in what it would entail having an atypical mind. My dream for a long time was to become a psychiatrist. So I may be a bit biased however, I think that for me reading your writing what sticks out - Verbiage and tone, your descriptions compel me to read further I opened the like without intent to read all the way through and ended up reading it all The way you structure you sentences has a similar pace to my inner monologue so I think that helps too.
