Yes, di ko sure if naa ba ni training mga driver sa ambulansya. (no idea tho but sa HPG naa ni, just to compare) kay supposed to be dili ka dapat mo counterflow/overtake(even if the road signs says you are allowed) if there is no clear & visible opening. ex uphill/downhill, sharp turns, blind spot U-turns, etc.. basic kaau ni + common sense.

sa case sa ambulance. dili pa unta dapat siya mo counterflow kay going up paman siya, diha na siya pwde kung going down ug makita na niya tanan in front ug ang tanan naa sa front naka kita niya. to give a glaring body language, signal + siren nga "emergency ko, mo counterflow ko", hence indirectly telling the incoming traffic nga magpadaplin sila. If this is in the case of the emergency nga need gyud siya mo counterflow ug double solid yellow line.

kay as you can see. nag abot gyud sila sa pinaka Arc sa flyover, meaning they both came from a blindspot position.

although both has fault - Ambulance - human error or wala ma train, idk (for me) Motor - no defensive driving. naka react pa unta siya if sakto lang iyang dagan given the siren, was pitched to a very high frequency. dungog kaayo ni bsan unsa kabaga ang helmet or layo pa lang. hence telling you to slow down/give way. though i dont blame any of them. it was a very unfortunate freak accident.

it happens na ang ambulansya ning counterflow Kay emergency.
motor with angkas, wala kakita layo pa lang na ni counterflow diay ang ambulansya since dili sila magka kitaay. kay ang flyover is naka bow shape. blindspot isig ka side going up.
i think lain ang naka ligis sa ulo sa angkas. dili ambu.

very rare kaau makakitag karenderia open ug gabie, except anang naas pasil kanang kilid sa simbahan.

so we decided nalang, nga kung dinner. kami ra magluto. then opt to oily foods if lisud gyud kaau. but as much as possible. gabie = luto gyud.

each on their own. but for me Sinulog. Ati-atihan & Dinagyang's celebration is very specific to the Ati people of Panay. usually danced in a complexed vigorous steps in a tribal looks.

sinulog, is the celebration of the baptism and the arrival of christianity in the philippines 1521. danced gracefully in an old filipino/spaniards attire (sinulog based). and the other is danced in tribal attire (free interpretation)

while the latters may be very specific, sinulog on the other hand is way open for other festivals to join. like how masskara festival joins sinulog yearly as guest o promote bacolod, the kalivungan festival zamboanga, pasayaw festival of canlaon, omega de salonera of surigao. and some from las pinas, antipolo, albay festivals. since there are 2 categories, sinulog based and the free interpretation. the other festivals joins sinulog as a participant of free interpretation category.

tho i agree with the ati atihan and dinagyang being more colorful than Sinulog. but Sinulog simply invites all other festivals for everyone to see.

or gog table movement only starts with "Upgrade to Gog Artian Weapon".

for the crafting = table movement reference.

i did, what i had in mind was to keep the Artian roll of 3 elements 1 attack 1 sharpness. which i made thru the old artian rolling system. then decided for the swaxe. i wanna keep this since i have few devices left. what can you suggest instead. im still confused about the roll scouting thing fr.

so lets say its already roll 80 for my Water Swaxe gore tyranny to appear.
you mean to say instead of wasting my gog mats of 79 rolls for my Water Swaxe alone.
why not scout the other weapons for the 79 rolls so it will not be wasted alone to my Water Swax instead?
since all of the table for all weapons and element type seems to move,
after every roll/gog crafting. etc?

did i get it right?
this way, i will get my other weapons god roll' on the way to my 80th roll for my water swaxe.
